Report illegal or infringing content

This page is the notice-and-action mechanism required by EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), Article 16. We take reports seriously and aim to respond within 48 hours.

What can be reported

  • Copyright, trademark, or intellectual-property infringement in generated content or uploaded images.
  • Unauthorised use of a person's likeness (e.g., in generated model photography).
  • Illegal, defamatory, or hateful generated output.
  • Child safety issues or CSAM — we report such content to authorities.
  • Any other content that violates applicable law or our Terms of Service.

How to submit a notice

Email us at abuse@sellercards.com with the following information. We need all of it so we can act — per DSA Art. 16(2), a properly-substantiated notice is what triggers our obligation.

  1. Your identity and contact: name, email, and (optionally) legal representation or organisation.
  2. What exactly is the content: the URL or a clear description, plus a screenshot if applicable.
  3. Why it is illegal or violates our Terms: cite the law or provision, explain the alleged violation.
  4. A good-faith statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you believe the content is illegal or infringing.
  5. If you claim rights (e.g., copyright owner), a statement that you are the rightsholder or authorised to act on their behalf.

What happens next

  • We acknowledge receipt within 48 hours.
  • We assess the notice against applicable law and our Terms. We may request clarification if the notice is incomplete.
  • If we act, we may remove content, disable access, restrict an account, or preserve data for authorities. We notify the submitter and, where appropriate, the affected user.
  • If we do not act, we explain why. The affected user and the submitter both have a right to challenge the decision — email privacy@sellercards.com.

Bad-faith notices

Per DSA Art. 23, we may restrict accounts that submit manifestly unfounded notices repeatedly.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

Users who disagree with our decision on a reported content matter may refer the dispute to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body in the Member State of their habitual residence, per DSA Art. 21.
