1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SellerCard (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SellerCard is a credit-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides users with access to an online tool powered by artificial intelligence.
The Service enables e-commerce sellers to generate product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, tags, and other listing content for marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify.
Users purchase access to the Service through star packs. The Service is provided entirely in digital form and does not involve the sale or shipment of any physical goods.
SellerCard does not operate as a marketplace, reseller, intermediary, or payment processor. We do not facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers and do not handle payments on behalf of third parties.
AI Disclosure
All content is generated using artificial intelligence (AI). Generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or may not be unique. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before use.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- One user may not maintain multiple free accounts.
4. Credits and Payment
Access to Service
Access to the Service is provided through credits and grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software.
Credit-Based Pricing
SellerCard operates on a credit-based pricing model. Credits are purchased as one-time packs and do not expire.
Current star packs:
- Try: $0 — 1 star (one per account)
- Starter: $19 — 10 stars ($1.90 per star)
- Growth: $49 — 30 stars ($1.63 per star)
- Pro: $129 — 100 stars ($1.29 per star)
- Agency: $299 — 300 stars ($1.00 per star)
1 star = 1 complete product listing with up to 10 AI-generated photos.
Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. EU customers may be subject to VAT. SellerCard reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing users.
Credits
Credits do not expire and are non-refundable once used.
Refund Policy
Unused star packs may be refunded within 14 days (EU) or 7 days (non-EU) of purchase. To request a refund, contact support@sellercards.com. Credits that have been used are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Generate illegal, misleading, or deceptive content
- Violate marketplace rules
- Infringe intellectual property
- Reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service to create competing products
6. AI-Generated Content
Content is provided “as is” without warranties.
We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy
- Uniqueness
- Compliance with marketplace rules or advertising laws
You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing.
7. Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of your inputs. Output rights are assigned to you where legally possible.
Our Service
All rights to the platform, including design, code, AI model integrations, and branding, remain with SellerCard.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify SellerCard against claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights through use of generated content.
10. Privacy
Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may delete your account at any time.
12. Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and marketplace rules.
Some content on our website, including blog articles, may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. Such content is reviewed for accuracy but may contain errors.
13. Dispute Resolution
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. EU consumers retain statutory rights and may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.

14. Changes
We may update these Terms with prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
