How do Stars work?

Stars are pay-per-use credits — no subscription. 1 Star = 1 photo or 1 listing. Stars never expire. Buy a pack any time, use them whenever.

Do new accounts get free Stars?

Yes — every new account receives 3 free Stars on signup so you can try every photo preset and the listing generator before paying anything.

What marketplaces are supported?

Listings are tuned to nine marketplaces: Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, Wildberries, Ozon, eMAG, and Mercado Libre. Each gets a marketplace-specific output (title length, bullets, tags, hidden keywords, etc.).

How do I get a refund for unused Stars?

Stars purchased through the iPhone app are processed by Apple. Refunds go through Apple directly: open the App Store → tap your profile → Purchase History → tap the SellerCard purchase → Report a Problem. Apple typically responds within 48 hours. For purchases made on sellercards.com (web), email support@sellercards.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll process the refund.

How do I delete my account?

From the iPhone app: open the Account tab → Settings → Delete Account. From the web: open Account Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion permanently removes your profile, generation history, saved photos, and any unused Stars. The action cannot be reversed. If you can't access the app or website, email support@sellercards.com and we'll process the deletion within 7 days.

Are my product photos private?

Yes. Uploads are processed and discarded — never used to train AI models, never shared with third parties for marketing, never published anywhere outside your account. Read the full Privacy Policy for details.

A generation failed — am I charged?

No. If the generation fails on our side (network error, AI provider outage, etc.), the Star is automatically refunded to your balance within seconds. If you don't see the refund, email support@sellercards.com with the time and product name and we'll investigate.

Can I use the same account on iPhone and web?

Yes. Sign in with the same email or Apple/Google account on both. Your Stars balance, gallery, and projects sync automatically.

What image formats are supported for upload?

JPG, PNG, and WebP up to 8MB per image. For best results, upload a well-lit photo with the product centered and most of the frame occupied by it.

Does SellerCard work outside the US?

Yes. The app is available in most countries. Listing generation supports English, and we're adding more languages. Marketplace coverage spans US (Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, eBay, Walmart), Europe (eMAG, Etsy), Russia/CIS (Wildberries, Ozon), and Latin America (Mercado Libre).
