Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This page explains the rights of residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), and other US states with comprehensive privacy statutes. We do not "sell" personal information for money, but we do use advertising cookies that may fall under the "share" or "cross-context behavioral advertising" definitions in some of these laws.

How we "share" under US state laws

  • Google Ads — click identifiers (gclid) and Consent Mode signals for conversion measurement.
  • Meta Conversions API — hashed email + IP for attribution of Purchase events.
  • PostHog — anonymised event metadata for product analytics.
  • None of these transfers are for monetary consideration. We never sell your contact details, content, or payment records to third parties.

How to opt out

You have three equivalent ways to opt out of sharing for advertising purposes:

  1. Cookie banner — click Reject optional on the banner at the bottom of this site. This disables all advertising and analytics cookies going forward.
  2. Re-open preferences — the Cookie preferences link in the site footer opens the banner again so you can change your choice at any time.
  3. Email request — write to privacy@sellercards.com with subject "Do Not Sell or Share — [your state]". We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals and will also honour explicit email requests within 15 business days.

Your other rights

  • Know / Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. Use /account/data-rights (self-serve) or email privacy@sellercards.com.
  • Delete — request deletion of your account and personal information. Self-serve at the same URL above.
  • Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information. Email privacy@sellercards.com.
  • Non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not process sensitive categories (as defined by CCPA §1798.140) for inferring characteristics. You can confirm this in our Privacy Policy.

Authorised agents

A California resident may use an authorised agent to submit a request on their behalf. The agent must provide written permission signed by the resident, and we may require the resident to verify their own identity directly.

Verification

We verify identity before acting on sensitive requests (deletion, access) by sending a one-time code to the email on the account. Cookie-level opt-outs do not require verification.
